CJ 128 Criminal Justice Wellness (2 credits)
Course Description An introductory course designed to build the physical requirements for work in criminal justice agencies through the application of personal wellness plans.
Course Content A. Physical requirements of criminal justice employment
B. Proper nutrition for a healthy lifestyle
C. Stress reduction for criminal justice employees
D. Personal wellness plans
Student Outcomes 1. Actively participate in a holistic approach to wellness.
2. Design and implement a personal wellness plan.
3. Complete the Physical Agility Test for various employment agencies.
