Course Description This course introduces students to the dimensions of health and wellness. Students will develop strategies to promote and sustain a healthy lifestyle.

- Analyze the dimensions of wellness, factors that influence these dimensions, their interrelationship, and the impact on one’s quality of life.
- Demonstrate various communication skills that will help facilitate one’s ability to establish, improve and sustain healthy relationships.
- Discuss strategies to recognize and overcome health disparities.
