  • Course purpose: In this class you will learn about the many kinds of plans written for homeland security emergency management purposes. You will learn to use planning guides, evaluations tools, and community demographics to make planning recommendations.

  • Course purpose: A primary mission of any homeland security emergency management organization is communication with the public. In this class you will learn how to properly identify your audience and communicate with them in accessible and culturally appropriate ways.
