IE 033 Intensive English Listening & Speaking 3 (6 credits)
Course Description Listening & Speaking 3 is an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) course for students who need to develop high-intermediate English language skills. Students will study high-intermediate listening and speaking concepts. Students must reach 80% competency overall in order to pass to the next level.

Student Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to perform the following outcomes at a high-intermediate language level:

Give speeches and presentations on familiar and academic topics.

Summarize main points and details of course materials.

Identify the topic, specific details and organizational cues of listening material to support comprehension.
