Course Description
Examine concepts related to multinational human resource management, including cultural intelligence and the impact of policies and practices on employees and organizational health.
Course Content

Student Outcomes
1. Evaluate the strategic role of human resource professionals in multinational organizations, including global talent management, compliance, and workforce planning.
2. Analyze how cultural, legal, and national contexts influence human resource management policies and practices in global business environments.
3. Design inclusive HR strategies that promote ethical, socially responsible, and culturally competent workforce development across borders.
4. Reflect on and assess the impact of one’s own positionality and implicit biases on the creation and implementation of equitable HR policies in international contexts.
