EM 415 Project Management for Emergency Management (5 credits)



Prerequisite Current enrollment in the Bachelor of Applied Science in Emergency Management or Certificate in Emergency Management Technology programs.

Course Description
This course equips students with project management skills tailored to emergency management settings. Students learn to plan, implement, and evaluate projects that support disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation.

1. Evaluate project management principles that can enhance emergency management initiatives across all disaster phases.
