PE 185 Naturally Fit (1 credit) A health and fitness class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition by utilizing the “nature gym” afforded us in the outdoor environment. Students achieve this goal by utilizing the varied fitness resources available both in and around the natural environment of Pierce College and in the Health Education Center to become “Naturally Fit.”
