Course purpose: Further study and practice with the writing process to create effective business memoranda, letters, and short reports. You will continue to build a strong business vocabulary and fluency with punctuation and rules.

Course purpose: You will apply many of the skills you have previously learned and apply them to specific office tasks such as telephone skills, creating work and excel documents, writing and formatting business letters, and team activities that deal with personalities and motivational theories.
